Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our Return Policy.

How to Cancel

Email shreesaigopalcreation@gmail.com with your order reference number and the subject line "Cancel Order". Our team will confirm cancellation within 1 business day.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable delivery addresses. In such cases, you will be notified via email.

Refund on Cancellation

As all orders are Cash on Delivery, no advance payment is collected. Cancelling an order therefore incurs no charges.
