Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer to an account of your choice or as store credit for future purchases.

Refund Timeline

• Refund is initiated within 3-5 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
• Bank transfers typically reflect within 5-7 business days after initiation.
• Store credit is available instantly once initiated.

To process a bank refund, please share your account number, IFSC code and account holder name via email at shreesaigopalcreation@gmail.com.

Partial Refunds

In cases where the returned product is not in its original condition, is missing tags, or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Charges

Reverse pickup or self-shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable, unless the return is due to a quality or fulfilment error on our part.
