Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused, unwashed and undamaged.
• In its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order reference number).

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear and baby wear (for hygiene reasons).
• Items purchased on final-sale.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

How to Request a Return

Email shreesaigopalcreation@gmail.com with your order reference number, product details and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Reverse Pickup

Where reverse pickup is available, we will arrange collection from your address. Otherwise, you may be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Quality Check

Once received, the product undergoes a quality check. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
